The basics of booking a stay with us.

Booking & payment
Full payment is required in advance to secure your reservation, and is non-refundable. Payment is made by bank transfer to BCA account 4382562333, a.n. Clara Ardila Catalia. Please reach out via WhatsApp to arrange your booking.
Check-in & check-out
Check-in is at 2:00 PM (14:00 WIB). Early check-in from 12:00 PM may be possible if the room wasn't in use by a previous guest — just ask. Check-out is at 12:00 PM (noon). Late check-out is subject to a surcharge per 3 hours, and only possible if no other guest is arriving next — please let us know in advance if you need it.
Cancellations & changes
Bookings are secured with full, non-refundable payment. Please contact our team as early as possible if your plans need to change, and we'll do our best to help.
House rules
No smoking inside rooms — please use the designated smoking area. Pets are not recommended, out of consideration for other guests. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–7:00 AM (22.00–07.00 WIB); please keep noise down, especially at night. If you're expecting outside visitors, please let our staff know in advance. Please park only in the designated area and avoid blocking other guests' vehicles.
Damage & liability
Uma Karas is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during your stay, except where caused by our negligence — vehicles and valuables remain each guest's own responsibility. Damage to the property or its facilities caused by a guest will incur a repair or replacement fee of up to 30% of the unit's nightly rate.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date above reflects the latest update.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia.
